You sign on Citi Mobile® app by entering your user name and password that you use for Citibank Online. Users who have not used online banking before can register directly in Citi Mobile®.
Your everyday finances
Once you sign on the app, you will be able to view your account balances and transaction history, make transfers (national and international), manage payees, and repay your credit card debt. With Citi Mobile® you can view and manage your deposits as well as check your brokerage account details. You can also top up your phone, check current exchange rates and quickly pay your bills with the FotoKasa feature by using 2D codes.
Smart solutions
By enabling the Citi Mobile® Snapshot in the app you will no longer need to sign on the system to check your personal, savings and credit card account balances as well as the 15 most recent transactions. If you have an Android 6.0 device or newer, you can use the Fingerprint Logon feature – after verifying your fingerprint you will be able to view your accounts and get access to the selected basic features of Citi Mobile®. Citi Mobile® notifications let you know of some of your personal or/and credit card account activities such as account credits or debits.
